      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the operations of the clinical research finance department to ensure strategic vision and adherence to policies
      - Manage data collection, reporting, and quality improvement initiatives related to clinical trials
      - Ensure compliance with FDA guidelines and other federal, state, and local regulations for human research
      - Collaborate with pharmaceutical and FDA agency representatives to facilitate research processes
      - Supervise and mentor staff within the clinical research finance team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Business, or related field
      - ACRP or SOCRA certification, or other Clinical Research Certification upon hire
      - Minimum of 7 years of clinical research experience
      - At least 5 years of management or supervision experience in clinical trials
      - 5 years of experience in clinical research finance

      - Master's Degree in Healthcare, Business, or related field
