What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Become an expert in how the employer helps customers, providing exceptional service
- Lead a team of account executives by prospecting, conducting role plays, and building customer relationships
- Establish best practices for pipeline generation and customer relationship management
- Develop and coach the team using sales data and performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and partnership teams to create pipeline and accelerate opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of sales management experience in a B2B SaaS/Software company
- Strong aptitude for delivering world-class customer experiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple activities and tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to travel to industry events once a quarter

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
