What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide strategic and operational oversight for an integrated marketing and communications roadmap
- Cultivate and maintain relationships to become a subject matter expert on clinical research capabilities
- Design and implement strategic communications and marketing plans
- Create and disseminate effective internal and external communications and marketing campaigns
- Measure effectiveness of marketing initiatives and recommend optimizations based on analytics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of major marketing, public relations, and/or communications experience in healthcare or life sciences
- At least 5 years in a management role
- Understanding of and experience with clinical research
- Demonstrated experience in managing content for various multimedia platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Start-up and/or brand launch experience
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent writing skills, particularly in a healthcare/science environment
- Ability to manage time and priorities with diverse responsibilities and stakeholders
