Job Overview:
To provide for after sales support in terms of documentation and system entries
Key Internal Stakeholders: Projects, Sales, Finance, IT Teams
Key External Stakeholders: Customer, Vendors, Channel Partners
Qualifications
Qualification and Experience:
- Graduate (preferably) commerce with working knowledge of excel, word and SAP-SD for data entry.
- Minimum 3 years with a Real Estate developer in Mumbai
Competencies:
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills; written and oral
- Team player
- Ability to work in ambiguity and under pressure.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities: - Enter new booking in the system (SAP & master sheet).
- Prepare the allotment letter.
- Co-ordinate with Relationship Manager for registration, ensure that the registered agreement is filled correctly and all documents required are accurate and complete.
- Execute the sale deed agreement.
- Issue NOC for mortgage, if required by the customer.
- Issue Possession letter.
- Dispatch demand letters on a timely basis.
- Inform the Relationship Manager regarding customers’ outstanding dues.
- Update transaction records of payments made by the customer in SAP.
- Sending receipts for payments made and update the system.
- Reconciliation of Customer Accounts with Accounts department.
- Handling payment defaults and recovery.
- Ensure high service levels and promptness in handling customer issues & complaints.
- Coordinate with site personnel for flat hand over of the apartment.
- Coordinate for payment to Channel Partners.
- File all documents related to customers and keep track of the couriers.
