What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Cultivate proactive support and deepen customer relationships through consultative interactions
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team effectiveness and product knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with the company's overall strategy and goals
- Manage customer escalations to ensure timely resolution and maintain positive client relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in people leadership, relationship management, or related roles
- 6+ years of experience in the insurance industry; Property & Casualty license preferred
- Proven ability to handle difficult situations and customer escalations professionally
- Strong understanding of customer success best practices and metrics
