      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a portfolio of enterprise and strategic customers across Tax and Trade solutions
      - Build and execute customer success plans, lead executive business reviews, and track product usage
      - Hire, coach, and hold Customer Success Managers accountable for developing strong customer relationship skills
      - Act as an escalation point for customer issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges
      - Utilize Gainsight, Salesforce, and related tools to maintain accurate account data and health scores

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience mentoring, leading, or managing Customer Success teams, preferably in SaaS
      - Proven record of driving retention, adoption, and expansion with enterprise/strategic accounts
      - Hands-on experience with Gainsight and Salesforce or similar tools
      - Strong executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
      - Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with ONESOURCE, Pagero, or comparable tax/trade solutions
      - Demonstrated business acumen and problem-solving abilities
      - Experience in tax, trade, or ERP systems
