What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise and strategic customers, delivering all aspects of the customer success motion
- Co-create and execute customer success plans (CSPs) and lead executive business reviews (EBRs) to drive desired customer outcomes
- Track product usage and proactively manage customer health to identify and escalate risks
- Coach and develop Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to enhance their skills in customer relationship management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer engagement and ensure CSMs have necessary resources
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of leadership experience or equivalent Customer Success Manager experience in a SaaS company
- Prior experience in the legal technology sector or with legal professionals, law firms, or corporate legal departments
- Proven record of driving retention, adoption, and expansion with enterprise accounts
- Hands-on experience with Gainsight, Gong, and Salesforce or similar platforms
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree or J.D. is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Functional/technical skills in GenAI systems and AI prompting engineering as they apply to legal research and drafting
- Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills for facilitating executive check-ins
- Demonstrated curiosity, learning agility, and strategic thinking in a customer-centric environment
