What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and develop relationships with 4+ medium/large Duck Creek OnDemand or OnPrem accounts
- Act as the primary contact and trusted advisor for customers, guiding them through their entire lifecycle with Duck Creek
- Conduct regular governance meetings, prepare reports, and track renewals while identifying upselling opportunities
- Gather customer feedback and implement action plans to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Sciences, or a related field; relevant work experience may substitute for educational requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of functional and technical knowledge of SaaS platforms
- Experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented role
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge and experience with Duck Creek Suite and Platform
- Familiarity with ChurnZero and Microsoft Azure, SQL Server
- Leadership experience of 1-3 years
