      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and develop 4+ medium/large Duck Creek OnDemand or OnPrem accounts
      - Act as the primary contact and trusted advisor for customers, ensuring successful contract renewals and expansions
      - Facilitate customer governance meetings and prepare necessary reports and documentation
      - Gather customer feedback and develop action plans to improve customer satisfaction and adoption of Duck Creek products
      - Coordinate communication between customers, service teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Sciences, or a related field; relevant work experience can substitute for educational requirement
      - Minimum 6+ years of functional and technical knowledge of SaaS platforms
      - Experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented role
      - Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
      - Exceptional customer service and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Duck Creek Suite and Platform
      - Knowledge of ChurnZero and Microsoft Azure, SQL Server
      - 1-3 years of leadership experience
      - Proven ability to articulate and present technical solutions to customers during sales processes
