What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure performance and professional development
- Manage a subset of strategic customer accounts, serving as the primary Customer Success Manager
- Drive execution against customer health metrics, including Engagements, CTAs, and CSQLs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and insights
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to prioritize product feature development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities in a Customer Success environment
- Proven excellence in time management, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to effectively partner with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong understanding of product positioning in the marketplace
- Experience managing and developing a Customer Success team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SaaS solutions, particularly in the Apple ecosystem
- Familiarity with G-Suite, Slack, Zoom, Salesforce, Gainsight, Confluence, and JIRA
- Proven track record of achieving key performance metrics in a customer-oriented role
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Ability to foster a culture of curiosity and resourcefulness within a team
