What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage a team of Customer Success Managers, ensuring they deliver value-based solutions
- Drive customer growth and adoption of AI-powered technology and services
- Foster relationships with high-profile clients, focusing on retention and revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams on renewal strategies and operational excellence
- Provide accurate forecasts and reports on financials to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree or equivalent military and/or work experience; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of customer or account management experience, including 2+ years managing Customer Success teams at a SaaS or telecommunications company
- Proven experience in hiring, mentoring, and developing Customer Success Managers
- Strong ability to drive adoption and implement customer success best practices
- Experience effectively collaborating with senior executives and addressing escalated client issues
