What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 5 high-performing Customer Success Managers (CSMs) managing Commercial (SMB and Mid-Market) portfolios
- Design and optimize scalable playbooks for customer engagement across all lifecycle phases
- Monitor key customer success metrics and implement strategies to improve retention and expansion outcomes
- Act as an escalation point for priority accounts, resolving issues with urgency and empathy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Professional Services to enhance the customer journey
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8+ years in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles within a SaaS environment
- At least 3+ years managing a team of CSMs or similar roles, ideally in scaled/pooled models serving SMB or Mid-Market customers
- Proven success leading tech-touch and digital customer success programs
- Strong data literacy and experience using customer success KPIs to drive performance
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally and inspire customer-centric behavior
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ChurnZero or similar customer success platforms
- Familiarity with sales planning, incentive compensation management, or adjacent industries
- Proven track record of developing strong customer relationships with complex SaaS products
