      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead cybersecurity governance across the university and various departments, developing strategic direction for cybersecurity efforts
      - Oversee training programs and awareness campaigns for the university community to enhance cybersecurity practices
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate cybersecurity considerations into university operations and initiatives
      - Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of cybersecurity initiatives
      - Develop evaluation frameworks for training activities to ensure continuous improvement and optimal impact

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in governance, risk and compliance, team management, and security frameworks
      - Bachelor’s degree in information science, computer science, computer engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience
      - Demonstrated experience in policy development and cybersecurity training
      - In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and new developments/trends
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - MBA or master's degree in computer science
      - 7 years of experience in governance, risk and compliance, team management, and security frameworks
      - Ability to present complex ideas in user-friendly terms
      - Demonstrated understanding of the cyber threat landscape and its impact on business strategies
      - Experience with developing web- and computer-based training courses using authoring tools
