      The Manager - Decision Intelligence provides leadership and technical direction for a team advancing enterprise decision intelligence capabilities. This role bridges hands-on engineering with strategic oversight guiding the design, deployment, and governance of intelligent decision systems that leverage Agentic AI, automation and frameworks. The manager ensures solution quality, scalability, and alignment with enterprise priorities while fostering team development and cross-functional collaboration.

      The Manager - Decision Intelligence provides leadership and technical direction for a team advancing enterprise decision intelligence capabilities. This role bridges hands-on engineering with strategic oversight guiding the design, deployment, and governance of intelligent decision systems that leverage Agentic AI, automation and frameworks. The manager ensures solution quality, scalability, and alignment with enterprise priorities while fostering team development and cross-functional collaboration.

      Qualification(s):

      • E ducation: Degree in data science, computer science or related field experience.

      • Experience: Ten (10) years of relevant technical or business work experience, including two (2) or more years leading technical teams.

      Preferred Qualification(s):

      Decision Intelligence

      • Lead the design, development, and implementation of intelligent decision systems and workflows that integrate reasoning frameworks, automation layers, and AI-driven decision paths.
      • Define and enforce standards for testing, monitoring, and optimizing decision efficacy, transparency, and performance.
      • Guide development of reusable components, decision logic modules, and governance structures.
      • Translate business objectives into structured decision processes and ensure they align with enterprise AI strategies.
      • Oversee continuous improvement of decision intelligence frameworks using feedback, performance analytics, and adaptive learning mechanisms.
      • Direct integration of decision systems with APIs, and real-time data pipelines.
      • Oversee documentation, metadata management, and traceability for automated decisions.
      • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance decision system scalability and interoperability, and optimize decision efficacy, transparency, and performance.

      Leadership and Collaboration

      • Manage and mentor a team of Decision Engineers, foster a learning culture that emphasizes innovation and operational excellence.
      • Partner with business stakeholders and product owners to define priorities, timelines, and success metrics for intelligent automation initiatives.
      • Represent the Decision Engineering function in cross-departmental forums and technical reviews.
      • Communicate the business value of decision intelligence to senior leadership through visualizations, success metrics, and use-case storytelling.

      Data Governance and Compliance

      • Maintain standards for agent transparency, reproducibility, and compliance with enterprise data governance policies.
      • Support adherence to ethical AI and decision accountability frameworks.
      • Support audits, documentation, and quality assurance related to automated decision processes.
