      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Implement programs to further DEI efforts and improve the employee experience
      - Organize and facilitate recruiting events to expand underrepresented talent pool
      - Develop alliances and partnerships with diversity professionals and organizations nationwide
      - Lead cross-functional project management meetings and task forces
      - Create and implement DEI communication channels and opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS degree in business or HR-related area; MA/MS degree preferred
      - 5+ years of experience in a large public corporate environment
      - Knowledge of DEI concepts and passion for creating an equitable work environment
      - Strong analytical skills with experience in Human Capital data preferred
      - High proficiency in MS Office
