- Managing and directing staff of 2-3 employees plus external vendor management, where applicable. Team size may change to support business needs.
- Develop, motivate and direct staff to create a high performing team environment and culture.
- Monitoring and reviewing the performance of staff members, including annual HR cycle activities (i.e. goal setting, performance review(s) and employee engagement and growth).
- Create strong working relationships to collaborate with Development, Operations & Finance IT leads on ERP order management and receivable solutions.
- Work as a business partner with various functional teams and P&Ls. Create powerful and effective collaboration approach.
- Provide leadership to ensure execution of wing-to-wing IT projects for implementing global order management solutions in Oracle.
- Lead research and evaluation of emerging technology with functional partners for Enterprise OM solutions.
- Identify organization’s process strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvements. Collaborate on improvements with peer ERP cycle managers.
- Learn and understand business user requirements through SNOW demands for Oracle ERP project requests and enhancement requests.
- Manage SNOW demands with respect to project prioritization, stakeholder communication, team capacity levels, deliverables, schedule and risk.
- Travel to the manufacturing and distribution sites to meet with functional teams and support on ERP transformation.
- Support existing Oracle sites as the liaison for order management challenges and questions about general functionality.
- Ensure active SME representation in all stages of ERP migrations to ensure successful rollout and adoption. Leverage and follow ERP blueprint framework and functional standards.
- Collaboration with other application owners on ERP integrations or connecting business processes and tools.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in an IT related field (MIS, Computer Science, IT Security) or Supply Chain
- 3 year minimum experience in demonstrated leadership capacity, coaching or dedicated mentoring
- 5 year minimum experience using an ERP, preferably Oracle, or executing ERP Projects.
- Able and willing to travel up to 20%
- Demonstrated leadership experience through managing direct reports or past experience with regular and dedicated coaching/mentoring
- Excellent team player – inclusive and collaborative approach to solve problems and create value for stakeholders.
- Highly self-motivated, able to work independently and unsupervised
- Resourceful and quick learner; able to efficiently seek out, learn and apply new areas of expertise as needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate technical problems in clear and simple terms

- Employee will be expected to follow hybrid work schedule (Tues-Wed-Thurs at Wabtec facility / Optional Mon & Fri Remote)
- Employee is regularly required to participate and lead video and in person meetings.
- Employee is required to work on a computer for up to 8 hours per day

The ERP Program Execution team focuses on ERP conversions, implementations, and process improvement projects for Wabtec. This team partners with the business users to implement Oracle ERP solutions to our manufacturing and distribution sites which have been acquired or do not currently use Oracle ERP. This team also works with existing Oracle ERP users on process improvement projects and re-education. The team is comprised of Project Managers and Oracle Subject Matter Experts. The SMEs are responsible for leading processes and modules related to Oracle Supply Chain capabilities in On-premise, along with alignment of a vision toward Cloud solutions.
The ERP Manager – Order to Cash will be responsible for leading a small team of Oracle SMEs who will continue driving Wabtec global standards across customer order management ERP processes and tightly collaborate with the business receivables team. The ERP Manager – OTC will be responsible to ensure his/her team is working efficiently and effectively while partnering with development, operations and Finance teams. The ERP Manager – OTC will need to ensure that his/her team follows Enterprise IT established PMO processes, in addition to the adherence to ERP governance processes. The ERP Manager – OTC will report to the Director of ERP Program Management within the IT AppX, ERP Platforms organization.
