      Manager, Executive Health

      Job Description

      Purpose & Scope:

      The Manager of Executive Health is responsible for the complete operations of Virginia Hospital Center's Executive Health Program. This oversight includes: all day-to-day activities; preparing annual budgets and operating programs within those budgetary constraints; management and supervision of staff; planning and implementing strategic plans consistent with the Hospital's overall strategic direction. The Manager is also responsible for volume growth within the Executive Health program and for maintaining strong relations with outside corporations. The Manager of Executive Health will be responsible for developing and implementing operational policies and procedures for the program, and for formulating the annual business plan that supports the growth of the program. The Manager will work collaboratively with Executive VP/Executive Officer, Physician Services and other Division and Organizational Directors to develop marketing, communication, community and physician strategies that support the continued growth of the program

      Education:

      Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or in a related field to be obtained within 24 months.

      Experience:

      Five years of hospital, medical office, nursing, or medical technologist experience is preferred.

      Five years of customer service experience is required.

      None.
