JOB PURPOSE
Manage & lead Accounts Achieve the desired result of timely budget comparisons, monthly MIS reports, statutory compliances and guide the team in all fronts for cost controls Preparation of Finance wing budget, vetting of sector budget, preparation of AOP, preparation monthly AOP Vs. Actual, day to day fund and accounts management, compliance to loan covenants, ensuring tax optimization and VAT, entry tax, service tax, income tax and other statutory compliance along with input tax credit, returns filing along with tax remittance, ensuring timely invoicing, finalization of quarterly / yearly accounts and liaisoning with statutory auditor to certify the accounts , contract management, certification of POs and vendor billing, resource development.Manage & lead Accounts Achieve the desired result of timely budget comparisons, monthly MIS reports, statutory compliances and guide the team in all fronts for cost controls – Preparation of Finance wing budget, vetting of sector budget, preparation of AOP, preparation monthly AOP Vs. Accounts Finalization of the Projects and providing required data with documents for Accounts finalization.
Consolidation of accounts
Timely closure of accounts and filing of IT, VAT & entry tax, service tax Returns
Review of vendor/sub-contractors accounts and General Ledger accounts.
Helps in passing rectification entries and clearing of open items in SAP.
Advance Tax, Income Tax Assessments, Lower Deduction Tax Certificate
a) Obtained loans from Banks/Financial Institutions in times of need.
b) Submission of required data to IT Department for IT Assessments has reduced liability
c) Obtained LDTC and saved TDS amount
Team: Knowledge updation and knowledge sharing
Keeping the team abreast of recent changes/amendments in law
Identify for cost reduction and savings on interest on loans.
Helped in improving bottom line margins.

•CA/CA InterRELEVANT EXPERIENCE
•CA/CA Inter 8-10 years of experience with at least 5 years experience as Team Leader of Finance & Accounts division in infrastructure sector.
•Exposure to Construction industry with 5 years experience in handling Works contract tax, entry tax, service tax, direct tax and labour laws and other statutory compliance and Joint venture accounting.COMPETENCIES
