      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify, qualify, and induct new franchisees in targeted geographies
      - Develop and execute agreements while negotiating amendments to franchise contracts
      - Collaborate with leadership to create strategic development plans for brand growth
      - Evaluate franchisee business plans and ensure compliance with brand standards
      - Conduct due diligence and analysis for new market entry opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of franchise development experience
      - Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, Finance, or Architecture
      - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
      - Excellent time management and organizational abilities
      - Experience in a multi-unit, franchise-focused organization
