- Monitor and track all incoming field roster notifications to inform leadership, development and coaching team of new to role field leaders.
- Manage new to role and existing field leadership development rosters as they pertain to leadership, development and coaching curriculum completions, certifications and follow up.
- Manage all onboarding communications to trainee and their managers
- Work in a highly cross-functional manner and manage changing priorities across several key customers
- Continually assess ways of working and find opportunities to improve, standardize, or streamline business processes.
- Proactively communicate with training teams and partners across functions to ensure strategic alignment and to seek opportunities for increase efficiencies
- Serving as an advocate and point of contact on technology and process related issues with all incoming leader new hires, their managers, and training team
- Run and/or distribute reports from various systems (e.g., LMS, Tableau, Zoho) including quarterly new hire training metrics
- Manage/update new hire leader checklist associated with new to DM and new to field director learning
- Lead, manage and deliver new to role First line leader development programs and curriculum, specifically the new to role DM onboarding program(CMDP)
- Support and drive special projects as needed
- Continuously collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess, update and optimize the training curriculum, ensuring it remains relevant and effective.
- Partner across the Leadership, Development and coaching and field sales leadership teams to plan and execute the annual field director meeting and as needed for bu specific leadership development mtgs(live/virtual).
- Lead and maintain the leadership, development and coaching SharePoint site.
- Partner with the leadership, development and coaching team to maintain a structured and organized curriculum of development content , including presentations, leader guides, manuals, e-learning modules, and hands-on exercises for new to role and existing first line field leaders(DM, Field Directors).
- Manage and update a structured onboarding program for new to role Field Leaders(DM, Field Directors).
- Partner across the leadership, development and coaching team and field sales leadership teams to organize and manage all content curriculum for the annual field director meeting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including field sales leadership, L&P Leaders, GCC and GCO cross functional leaders to ensure alignment between sales leadership development and other functions.
- Work closely with sales leadership to manage the timing, deployment and communications associated with all leadership, development and coaching programs.
- Lead and manage the timing, execution and communications related to all field leadership development & coaching programs in partnership with regional, field sales training and/or appropriate cross-functional partners.
- Partner with the leadership, development and coaching team to manage all training content with a global with local approach keeping all cross-functions teams informed of updates.
- Support the planning and execution of a variety of training methods, such as role-playing, simulations, and workshops, to enhance skill development.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
- Actively contribute to the management of the leadership, development and coaching budget, ensuring cost-effective training solutions.
- Responsible for the leadership, development and coaching learning budget, providing phasing to achieve project specific goals, and meeting budget deadlines
- Assist in the evaluation, selection and management of external training vendors as needed, ensuring a seamless process and alignment with organizational goals.
- Act as the liaison for all vendor requests and pull-through.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in leadership, development and coaching.
- Escalate innovative approaches to leadership, development and coaching, including the use of technology, and data analytics.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the overall leadership, development and coaching experience.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the impact of sales leadership, development and coaching on organizational results.
- Work consistently with L6b and L6 roles to achieve and effectively track KPI achievements for leadership, development and coaching team.
- Regularly analyze leadership, development and coaching data while actively seeking feedback to identify trends, gaps and areas for improvement.
- Consistently contribute as a leader of the leadership, development and coaching team and overall L&P team to achieve our goals and objectives as a team.

Familiar with technologies and applications, and hands-on experience to analyze, synthesize, and integrate various secondary data
Strong knowledge in data, analytics, research, and/or dashboarding & reporting approach
Capable to identify & define business problem, and address through data, analytics, and research
Proficient analysis and project management skills to turn unstructured business issues into action plans that result in meaningful strategic or tactical recommendations
Ability to drive implementation to enhance methodologies and standard processes
Strong Oral, Written presentation skills, with ability to explain complex concepts verbally or visually via ppt
Consistently engage and collaborate effectively with cross-functional team to shape brand strategy and understand risks and opportunities

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Manager of global leadership, development and coaching is a pivotal role responsible for the development, delivery, pull-through and measurement of leadership, development and coaching training programs and initiatives that drive new leader development and the sustainment of core leadership and coaching competencies across Amgen teams. This role requires a combination of leadership, training knowledge, an understanding of coaching fundamentals, demonstrated presentation skills, cross-functional collaboration, budget management, proficiency with MS Teams, and solution-oriented thinking to unlock the potential of others to deliver performance for Amgen.
