What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Influence and partner with sales development, marketing, and other stakeholders to drive consistent operations across regions
- Evaluate, select, implement, and integrate the sales development tool stack
- Establish clear workflows, documentation, and operating rhythms for outbound execution
- Design and improve outbound pipeline generation processes focused on Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs)
- Standardize and maintain sales development playbooks and visibility tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in building go-to-market operations strategy and using business analytics for decision-making
- Working knowledge of sales development tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo
- Ability to lead and coach others in a changing environment
- Experience in designing and improving sales development processes
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with additional outbound platforms such as Conversica and Drift
- Prior experience in a remote work setting
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of sales development metrics and performance measurement
- Previous experience in a sales or marketing operations role
