      Job Description Summary:

      As a key member of our small, innovative team, you will be responsible for managing corporate vacancies at all levels as well as leading/participating in high impact Talent Acquisition projects.

      Job Description:

      The requirements of this role include:

      Develop & Execute Recruiting Plans

      • Manage end-to-end recruitment across all divisions, working with the Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition, to develop and implement plans that approach every open vacancy individually

      • Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates

      • Negotiate offer packages by partnering with HRBPs, the Compensation team, and HR leadership

      • Understand and leverage Workday ATS to effectively manage the talent acquisition process

      • Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders, HRBPs, HR Coordinators, Compensation team, and Finance team, to ensure smooth delivery of recruitment plan

      Projects & Continuous Improvement

      • Support the Talent Acquisition team in developing and implementing innovative strategies for candidate attraction and conversion

      • Participate in Talent Acquisition projects, including the CFA Institute Internship Program and the RAS Affiliate Researcher Program.

      The skills and experience required for this role include:

      • CFA Institute institutional knowledge; able to confidently share information about the organization and answer questions about our corporate strategy, structure, and benefits programs

      • Experience in a client-facing role with CFA Institute required; CFA Institute Talent Acquisition experience highly preferred

      • Understanding of recruitment best-practices and a commitment to continuous improvement, including compliance of HR data, confidential information, and applicant/candidate privacy

      • Experience with Workday Recruitment (ATS) required

      • Relationship builder, comfortable connecting personally at all levels and able to establish credibility and build productive relationships with candidates and hiring managers

      • Experience of confidently working in a global environment; proven ability share information and assess candidates across cultures

      • Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes

      • Results driven, highly organized, “completer/finisher” with an ability to work on own initiative; a proactive self-starter with a results-orientation

      • Must demonstrate outstanding stewardship and relationship building/management skills to expand the mission of CFA Institute

      • Global cultural orientation and working experience

      Physical and Travel requirements:

      • Eligible for flexible working; ideally with the ability to work from a US CFA Institute office on short notice

      • Occasional travel to CFA Institute conferences, meetings, and events
