      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive revenue growth across regulated industries, focusing on Government, Healthcare, and Nonprofit accounts
      - Lead and coach a team of Enterprise Account Executives in navigating complex procurement and compliance environments
      - Establish clear processes and expectations to enhance pipeline development and deal inspection
      - Recruit, develop, and retain strong Enterprise talent while providing guidance to early-career Account Executives
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and support customer success

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of proven success managing individual sellers in Enterprise SaaS
      - Direct and recent experience leading U.S. Government sales, including Federal, State, and Local
      - Strong experience negotiating with government entities and knowledge of procurement regulations
      - Proven track record of coaching early-career Account Executives into capable enterprise sellers
      - Ability to maintain structured weekly cadences and disciplined pipeline practices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in building repeatable outbound sales strategies across regulated industries
      - Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Gong
      - Understanding of the unique complexities of public sector, healthcare network, and nonprofit procurement environments
      - Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance
      - A self-starter attitude with a collaborative and accountable approach
