      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Support contract negotiations, contract research, and on-going payer relationships
      - Execute center-level contracting priorities and onboard new acquisitions, entities, locations, and provider affiliations
      - Monitor payer issues, including provider participation, contract loading, and payment issues
      - Focus on client satisfaction through internal and external communication
      - Prepare reports and presentations, and develop training tools related to health plan contracting

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree preferred
      - 2-6 years of relevant experience in managed care contracting, financial analysis, payment methodologies, contract language, and negotiations
      - Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple customer demands
      - Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Experience in healthcare-related service as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative
