      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and grow a team of Customer Success Managers to achieve retention and engagement targets for home care agencies
      - Implement processes that drive high adoption levels of new programs and product offerings across the network
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, serving as their main point of contact
      - Develop and implement streamlined processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance team efficiency
      - Analyze data and create reports to track progress, identifying areas for improvement and increasing team visibility into their KPIs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in managing a team of Customer Success Managers, preferably in the home care or healthcare industry
      - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team effectively
      - Experience with CRM systems and driving efficiency through various platforms
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders
      - Proficiency in Excel and other reporting tools to analyze data and identify trends

      - Experience in a fast-paced, independent work environment
      - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
      - Familiarity with customer satisfaction strategies and engagement processes
