      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the setup and management of all union requirements and configurations in the Human Capital Management (HCM) system
      - Partner with the Labor Relations team to implement contract ratification and address employee grievances
      - Manage HR technology systems and collaborate with HR and IT teams to enhance efficiency and user experience
      - Analyze HR data to identify trends and improve service quality
      - Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies while staying updated on HR best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5 or more years of experience in Human Resources or Payroll
      - Prior experience working with labor unions and collective bargaining agreements
      - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
      - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
      - High level of attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Workday or other relevant HCM systems
      - Experience working with external vendor partners
      - Governance experience with an outsourced service model
      - Experience working with large datasets in a corporate environment
      - Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
