      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with business leaders and Centers of Excellence to support the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
      - Serve as a trusted HR resource for mid-level leaders and employees on HR matters
      - Track and report on key people metrics, identifying gaps and recommending solutions
      - Respond to employee questions and concerns with empathy and clarity
      - Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4-6+ years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner, generalist, or specialist capacity
      - Proven success partnering with Centers of Excellence to deliver impactful people programs
      - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, managing sensitive situations with discretion
      - Solid understanding of HR fundamentals, including performance management and employee engagement
      - High integrity with strong follow-through and a proactive mindset

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in beauty, consumer packaged goods, or lifestyle/creative industries
      - Familiarity with tools such as Greenhouse, Culture Amp, HiBob, or similar
      - Enthusiasm for helping people perform at their best
      - Passion for employee experience and supporting high-performing, values-driven teams
