Collaborates with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and align Human Resources strategies and initiatives accordingly.
Participates in strategic planning discussions, contributes to key HR insights, and develops plans to address current and future talent needs.
Assists in developing and implementing talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Supports organizational development efforts by assessing organizational effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
Provides guidance on policies, procedures, and employment laws, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of employees.
Collaborates with Human Resources specialists and other stakeholders to roll out programs such as performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and learning and development programs.
Ensures compliance with Human Resources policies, procedures, and employment laws within their business units.
Assists in workforce planning activities by analyzing data and trends related to workforce demographics, skills gaps, turnover, and succession planning.
Provides guidance and support to business leaders and managers on various HR matters by providing coaching and development opportunities, facilitating talent reviews, and assisting in addressing performance issues or employee development needs.
5+ years work experience
Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
Adept at collaboration and teamwork
Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) preferred.
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience

The typical pay range for this role is:
$63,300.00 - $139,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
