- Handle employee relations issues and advise managers in dealing with various situations.
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff in the department.
- Oversee the daily workflow of the department.
- Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Develop and improve internal employee communications.
- Manage and ensure data integrity of HRIS.
- Oversee benefits administration, broker negotiations, and open enrollment.
- Ensure compliance with all laws in company practices and reporting.
- Establish an innovative and optimal workplace culture.
- Bachelor’s degree, plus at least 7 years of HR generalist experience.
- Strong employee relations and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships with all levels.
- Experience with HRIS systems; ADP HRB preferred.
- Ability to be both strategic and tactical.
- Understanding of business intelligence principles and ways of working.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in information gathering.
- Capabilities around critical thinking and data analysis.
- Well-developed people management skills.
- Ability to negotiate internally.
- Reporting writing.
- Presentation preparation and delivery skills.
- Experience working with multinational companies.
- Understanding of the healthcare environment.
- This position is based on site in Mayfield Village (Cleveland), Ohio area.
- The ability to complete domestic travel up to 10% of the time is required.
- Create detailed future global business strategies by collaborating with key market leaders to understand the emerging clinical, financial, and operational needs of healthcare systems across academic, community, and home-based wellness environments.
- Define clear clinical and market requirements for the creation of products and solutions that contribute to the health and wellness of people everywhere which will drive revenue growth, increase market presence, and enhance brand recognition for Canon Medical.

SUMMARY OF POSITION
Canon Healthcare USA, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Manager, Human Resources , where the qualified candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of the HR function including employee relations, staffing, training, HRIS (Human Resources Information System), benefits, and compliance.
