What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coach and support a team of approximately 8 account executives on sales strategy and pipeline reviews
- Hire new account executives and provide onboarding and ongoing coaching
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and manage projects
- Create content for ongoing training and development of the sales team
- Provide clear and tactical feedback to account executives to enhance performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of sales experience with a proven record in complex selling from prospecting to closing
- 1-2+ years of experience managing a sales team
- Familiarity with full-cycle sales processes
- Excellent communication skills and comfort with public speaking
- Strong interpersonal skills and a self-starter mentality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven track record of overachievement in sales
- Experience coaching a team on outbound sales strategies
- Understanding of complex sales cycles involving multiple decision makers
- Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC)
- Continued growth mindset with a willingness to learn about the industry
