- Manage employee communication and engagement activities in line with South Europe Communication Plan.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to inspire and drive positive employee engagement, support creating a more diverse and inclusive culture, and contribute to the department's KPIs across adidas owned corporate media internal channels (I.e., adidas intranet, a-LIVE, adidas external blog, GamePlanA).
- In line with global & market communication direction, create tactical and activities for employees to connect or collaborate virtually and contribute to the quarterly internal communication and employee engagement calendar and plan.
- Work closely with the local Senior Leadership Team as an internal communication partner and communication consultant to support delivering impactful communication and landing global key messages and Europe relevant content across key internal channels, based on HQ strategy and key messages.
- Support in executing and elevating all of the General Manager South Europe communication and content across local communication channels.
- Support in providing input and updates to the South Europe lead for South Europe-wide All Employee Meetings, video/content creation, internal articles, etc. and execute locally.
- Lead on all the logistics, production, and event management and requirements for all-employee facing meetings required locally on-site, ensuring a smooth broadcast to all locations in Iberia or South Europe if applicable.
- Maintain editorial content and activity calendar management for all internal channels by adjusting and adapting the plans accordingly in line with Europe/South Europe
- Elevate Iberia’s key success stories or moments across South Europe/Europe by developing impactful storylines, internal articles and content and publishing in key internal channels.
- Develop quarterly review reports by extracting KPI data from the key internal communication channels, assess qualitative & quantitative performance and key insights.
- Execute communication strategies and plan for change communications for key stakeholders – in line with HQ’s guidelines and standards.
- Support in managing potential crisis/issues communication across Iberia locations based on Europe & South Europe direction.

- University degree in business studies/ marketing/ communication
- 4 – 5 years of working experience in a Corporate/ Internal Communication department of a blue-chip or digital social media agency
- Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in partnering closely with leaders and developing leadership communication
- Experience in working with or within HR or interest in community organizing, public policy, and diversity, equity and inclusion is a plus
- Thorough understanding of the complexity, interactions, and dynamics within an international company
- Comprehensive understanding of communication and business acumen
- Excellent communication expertise and English fluency, both written and verbal (quality, consistency, and accuracy)
- Excellent project & event management skills and coordinating content for activities/events
- Strong experience in managing physical and virtual production, including live interactive broadcast events, preferable on MS Teams
- Excellent storytelling and creative visual skills, including video production and slide design
- Advanced in Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop, and skilled in video or moving content creation and editing (Adobe Premiere Elements)
- Ability to think and act strategically and support developing operational plans
- Strong communication skills to negotiate with internal and/or external partners with possible divergent interests and with different business areas
- Effective team player who can work collaboratively across all functions and disciplines
- Solution-oriented and can-do attitude

The Internal Communication Manager for Iberia is part of the South Europe Internal Communications Team.
