      Job Description

      • Manages Hedrick Medical Center and Wright Memorial Hospital

      • MLS - ASCP required

      • Bachelor's degree required

      • 2 years of lab experience required

      Manages one or more sections of Laboratory Services. Maintains direct contact with daily operations to ensure quality and quantity of workflow. Responsible for equipment, procedures and methods education, training and development budget and performance and personnel selection and performance. Sets priorities, assigns responsibilities and establishes timetables for section. Participates in departmental long-term planning and is responsible for section role in implementation.
