      Overview The Market Insights Manager will frame key business issues and gathers input from patients, healthcare professionals and payors to answer critical business questions. Key Responsibilities · Ability to distill insights from multiple sources and create a comprehensive story that inspires action from stakeholders. · Able to achieve results while dealing with ambiguity and rapid pace of change · Demonstrate curiosity and ability to leverage insights from cross-functional teams (Data Strategy, Business & Competitive Intelligence) · Manages research material development (including gathering internal stakeholder input, legal & medical review as necessary) · Build and maintain relationships with internal business partners such as Marketing, Training, Medical, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, Corporate Communications, as well as external vendors. · Contributes to Standard Operating Procedure initiatives and adheres to compliance requirements. · In collaboration with the Sr. Director of Market Insights, prepare and present research results to stakeholders. · Strong collaborator who builds effective relationships across geographies as a trusted advisor. · Knowledge in working with quantitative and qualitative tools to aid in Market Research as well as ability to think strategically and objectively · Primary research vendor management including detailed project timeline and budget tracking Preferred Industry Knowledge and Skills · Experience in rare disease areas · Agency and pharma/biotech industry experience. · US and Global expertise · Prior experience with BHBIA, EPHMRA, or Insights Association Qualifications · Bachelor's Degree, MBA or Post-graduate degree · 5+ years of experience, with at least 3-5 years experience in Marketing/ Market Research using both primary and secondary data sets. · Demonstrated ability to drive to deadlines, balancing multiple priorities, and ensuring quality standards · Excellent organization and prioritization skills with strong ability to multi-task and shift focus as necessary to meet deadlines. · Ability to understand business process and break down business questions into specific, tangible hypotheses and requirements to guide analysis · Excellent interpersonal listening, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to communicate technical details to technical and non-technical resources.
