- Develop a calendar of fun activities, such as themed parties, team-building exercises, game nights, and wellness initiatives for both guests and team members.
- Organize and coordinate events both in-person and virtually to cater to diverse employee preferences.
- Oversee both indoor and outdoor pool operations and Cabana rentals.
- Check fitness center and Volleyball areas and create event for those areas.
- Collaborate with various departments to incorporate fun elements into daily operations and meetings.
- Source and manage vendors for entertainment, catering, or supplies needed for events.
- Evaluate the success of activities through feedback surveys and participation rates to continuously improve offerings.
- Maintain a budget for fun initiatives and ensure cost-effective planning.
- Stay updated on trends in workplace engagement and suggest innovative ideas to keep employees motivated.
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
- Activities, Event Planning, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Proven experience in event coordination or employee engagement roles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creativity and a passion for creating enjoyable experiences.
- Certification in Event Planning or Employee Engagement.
- Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment.

JOB OVERVIEW : The Manager of Fun is responsible for creating and implementing engaging and enjoyable activities, events, and programs to boost employee morale, foster a positive work environment, and enhance team cohesion within the organization. This role aims to inject fun and excitement into the workplace while promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Working Conditions:
The Manager of Fun will primarily work in an outdoor setting on property but may need to travel occasionally for off-site events. This role may require flexibility in working hours to accommodate evening or weekend activities.
