Job Description

- Evaluate, determine, and schedule packaging and edibles operations in accordance with product demand including internal and wholesale orders
- Oversees MIP Fulfillment operations in accordance with product demand including internal and wholesale orders
- Manages workforce and performance management including employee onboarding, training, mentoring, performance reviews, performance improvement plans, and managing team schedules
- Manages production schedules, work orders, and workflows for packaging, processing, and fulfillment departments
- Manages fulfillment tool to ensure accurate fulfillment to retail stores; evaluates and recommends changes to tool as needed
- Manages and ensures accurate tracking, reporting, and analysis of MIP packaging, processing, and fulfillment processes; assists with data entry as needed
- Manages equipment, inventory of supplies, and raw materials for packaging, processing, and fulfillment teams
- Ensures the packaging and labeling of products are compliant with applicable MED regulations
- Ensures teams support KPI’s in coordination with MIP leadership
- Assists in resolving any order errors or discrepancies as needed
- Evaluates, recommends, and implements changes to SOP’s and processes
- Ensures training processes are compliant, effective, and safe across all teams and positions within teams
- Creates work orders in D365/oversees and assists the team with their D365 operations
- Manage and assist the team with D365, METRC, and COVA operations

- Must hold, or receive, a valid Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) employee badge
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
- 2 years of cannabis industry experience
- 1 year of supervisory or management experience
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess data and make informed decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Basic mathematic and metric measurement knowledge
- Proficient computer skills including proficiency with Google Suite
- Knowledge of METRC and Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) compliance regulations related to MIPs
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Knowledge of D365 or equivalent ERP system
- Sitting and/or standing for extended periods
- Ability to work in the same area as cannabis and have direct contact with cannabis material
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs
- Ability to sit, stand, stoop, stretch, walk, bend, twist, reach, perform repetitive motions, and carry boxes or items
- The pay range is 60,000 - 70,000; actual pay will be determined based on qualifications
- Accrue paid time off (PTO) immediately
