Consistently offer the highest level of personalized member customer service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude.
Greet and welcome new fitness center members, assist with membership enrollment and front desk operations.
Assist with keeping the fitness centers well stocked and clean.
Supervise and monitor the exercise floor.
Provide customer service support to team members and members, including membership enrollments, terminations, and general inquiries.
Other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED).
An outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
CPR, First Aid & AED certification, or willing to obtain upon hire.
