- Work with Global Planning leadership to propose look-ahead build plan based on demand loaded in system and potential upside or downside of any specific products in the planning horizon.
- Align and monitor planned output globally for all (or specific) manufacturing sites within manufacturing and materials constraints.
- Work with factory sizing team to review manufacturing and suppliers slot caps to ensure global build plan is well supported for rolling 6 quarters, and align short term and long-term solution to bridge the gap as necessary.
- Set up guidelines to global planners to achieve build plan linearity and stability to meet AOP.
- Establish consistent and effective governance process to ensure build plan maintenance achieves KPI.
- Support signal speed in customer slotting and rescheduling request (CTL).
- Act as a key contact window for Sales Operations and Global Planning, trigger timely actions on potential risk and opportunity.
- Establish process to enable clear communication of demand changes and timely close loop support between Global Operations and Sales Operations.
- Drive standards and consistency in global planning processes, structure and action across all factories to enable scalability and desired performance.
- Lead the team to support Finished Goods Inventory reduction initiatives.
- Establish agile processes to enable agility in decision making and competitiveness, include automate transactional tasks and regular reporting.
- Create data visualization for real time risk identification to create opportunistic value, enable proactive mitigation and speed to solutions.
- Deploy LEAN concept in benchmarking and best practices sharing in Order Fulfilment processes to improve business result.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related technical discipline; or equivalent professional experience
- 10 years of people manager experience in a similar role, preferably in semiconductor industry
- Strong project/program management skills and abilities
- Strong analytical skill with proven ability to present conclusions and recommendations to executive audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills, strong negotiation skills, strong mentoring, & influencing change
- Excellent people skills and ability to work in matrix environment.
- Good in building and leading cross regional teams
- Keep up with flexibility to work cross time zone as needed
