What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate performance of assigned Donation Coordinators
- Conduct monthly meetings for performance feedback, goal setting, and professional development
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and monitor team performance metrics
- Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to address employee relations issues
- Respond to clinical referrals and act as Clinical Director on Call as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a clinical or OPO setting required
- Qualified with clinical hands-on experience in Donation Coordinator, Referral Resource Coordinator, or Clinical Director On-Call roles
- Leadership and/or management experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn internal systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Procurement Transplant Coordinator (CPTC) through ABTC preferred
- Experience in performance management and team building
- Demonstrated ability in project management and innovative leadership
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of relevant medical terminology and clinical practices
