      Job Description

      The manager is a key member of the Distribution organization, specifically the Partner Management tea m , focus ed on growing AMCN s ubscription & streaming services, supporting linear network performance, and expanding content distribution opportunities. The Manager, Partner Management will work cross-functionally to execut e partner initiative s that are directly tied to the strategic revenue goals of the organization .

      JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Project manage 360-degree growth initiatives with MVPD, vMVPD , Wireless and enterprise partners from conceptual stage through execution and ana lysis.

      • Serve as the primary day-day-to contact with external distribution clients; build and maintain strong working relationships.

      • Act as a centralized internal destination for distribution opportunities by aligning with key stakeholders (deal, marketing, content strategy, finance, product teams) and communicating partner strategy.

      • Understand distribution deal cycles on assigned accounts ; support deal teams by prepar ing resource materials and account overview s.

      • Proactively i dentify , assess, and present business opportunities

      • Support the VP ( s ) and Director(s) in development and implementation of partner-focused revenue strategies and overall account maintenance, including projects such as:

      • P resentation development

      • P repar ation and presentation of programming opportunities to partners.

      • R esearch insights and tracking

      • A ccount summaries and campaign performance reviews

      • M anagement and optimization of contractual media and marketing budge ts

      • C reative asset trafficking

      • Overs ight and communicat ion of partner creative schedules, timelines, deadline s

      QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)

      • Bachelor's degree required with an emphasis in marketing, business and/or communications.

      • 3-5 years of work experience , ideally in the media industry

      • Experience in account management and/or subscriber -focused partnerships ; preferably in TV, cable or streaming media business es

      • Broad knowledge of the organization, policies, and practices

      • Excellent working knowledge across Microsoft Office applications

      • Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to interact with all levels of management and directly with clients.

      • Well organized and detail oriented

      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

      • Ability to maintain highest degree of confidentiality and diplomacy.

      The base compensation range for this position is $ 80,000 to $85,000 commensurate with experience.
