- Budget Analysis: Analyzes financial inventory and sales budgets with Senior Leadership for key accounts to ensure growth goals are being met by tier
- Collaboration: Cross functional collaboration with Product Development, Procurement, Demand Planning, Customer Service, the PAA, and Sourcing teams on all aspects of order Supply Chain
- Plan Achievement: Responsible for development of preseason plans (major customer/channel) to hit desired sales & margin goals
- Collaborate & Create Alignment: Partner with sales and planning team to ensure business is on sales, stock, and gross margin plan and if required, provide direction on alignment with plan
- Profit Maximization: Manage an effective strategy that actively engages in business operations to maximize profitability and guide sales team on markdown strategies, stock opportunities, etc.
- Inventory Oversight: Review and manage overall inventory position for the brand and ensure it is within the parameters set forth in the budget

- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in Sales or Planning required
- 7+ years of total Wholesale/Retail experience preferred
- Strong replenishment experience required
- Experience using ERP supply chain management applications (e.g. SAP, SCM) a plus

This position has a compensation range of $91,509-$114,386. Please note that the salary provided is a good faith estimate for the position. The final compensation offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, which include a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
