What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and manage various elements of large-scale projects from planning through execution
- Collaborate with account teams to ensure flawless project delivery within budget
- Manage vendor relationships and partnerships to meet quality and sustainability standards
- Communicate regularly with agency and client teams regarding project status
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met
- Build and maintain effective client relationships throughout project duration
- Manage relationships with trusted suppliers and third parties
- Create a positive and collaborative work environment based on company culture and values
- Provide work direction, guidance, and coaching to team members
- Logistics and onsite management of freight, personnel, assets, and talent
- Utilize event-related software and operating systems
- Construct, fabricate, and assemble event assets and structures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of relevant operations experience in the sports or entertainment field
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Solution-oriented mentality
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Tour/event management experience preferred
- Willingness to travel 30%-50% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Agency experience
- Experience with Adobe suite, Logic Pro X, Ableton, BrightAuthor, Sketchup, etc.
