  We’re on the lookout for a hands-on, people-loving Manager who’s ready to lead from the floor, fuel team energy, and keep operations always running smoothly and guest-ready.

  Your Mission: Be the Glue that Keeps SMASH Moving

  As a Manager at SMASH, you’ll help lead the daily rhythm of the restaurant — coaching team members, supporting front-of-house operations, and making sure our guests have a five-star experience (with a side of ping pong, of course).

  You’ll report to the General Manager and collaborate with other leaders to ensure service excellence, team accountability, and fun that never misses the mark.

  What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Floor: Be present, responsive, and ready to jump in where needed — whether that’s hosting, expediting, or handling a guest issue with care and confidence.
  • Coach the Team: Train, motivate, and support hourly staff to deliver fast, friendly, and flawless service.
  • Own the Shift: Run smooth and successful shifts, making real-time decisions to keep the restaurant energized and efficient.
  • Uphold the Standards: Maintain a clean, safe, guest-ready space while holding the team accountable to operational and service standards.
  • Solve the Problems: Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities to impress.
  • Support the Numbers: Help monitor labor, manage inventory, and support sales-driving initiatives and events.
  • Keep the Culture Strong: Be a positive, high-energy leader who helps make SMASH a place both guests and team members love.

  What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of restaurant or hospitality leadership experience
  • Strong communication and team-building skills
  • Passion for people, hospitality, and making every shift better than the last
  • Confidence under pressure and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Interest in growing into more advanced leadership roles with SMASH or LM Restaurants
