      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage client retention, growth, and long-term relationships through exceptional service delivery and strategic account management
      - Act as an escalation point for complex client issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
      - Develop scalable strategies to support a growing book of business, increasing retention and client satisfaction
      - Lead and manage a team of specialty-specific supervisors and/or client success advisors, providing guidance and support
      - Analyze client performance metrics and industry trends to develop actionable recommendations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree preferred in Healthcare Administration or Business
      - At least 5 years of related experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
      - Proven experience in revenue cycle management, account management, or client success within the healthcare industry
      - Exceptional problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities
      - Strong understanding of various insurance carriers, including Medicare, private HMOs, and PPOs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Medical Billing & Coding certification is preferred
      - Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and pivot tables
      - Experience in managing and integrating information from multiple software systems
      - Demonstrated executive presence and strong interpersonal skills when engaging with high-value clients
