- Develop and drive strategic recruitment initiatives to support workforce planning and organizational growth.
- Partner with department leaders and HR to forecast hiring needs and build tailored recruitment plans.
- Lead, coach, and support a team member in day-to-day recruitment activities, prioritization, and professional development.
- Create compelling job postings that attract qualified candidates across a variety of online and offline channels.
- Source talent using job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source of hire, and time-to-fill, to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage all candidate communications throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience from application through start date.
- Conduct interviews across various stages (phone screens, video interviews, and in-person meetings).
- Utilize skill assessments and testing tools to evaluate candidate qualifications and job fit.
- Coordinate logistics for high-level interviews, including schedules, travel, lodging, and meals.
- Oversee employer branding efforts across platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other social media to promote a strong employment brand.
- Maintain accurate documentation of applicant activity and ensure proper setup of HR records for new hires.
- Represent the company at hiring events and job fairs, building connections with potential candidates and industry contacts.
- Familiarity with full cycle recruitment
- Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques
- Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Self-motivated, KPI-driven, integrity, and solid judgment abilities/skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications and the use of email

Lyons Magnus is seeking a Manager of Recruiting for its Fresno Corporate Office.
Manager of Recruiting to be responsible for the full spectrum of the hiring plan from identifying needs and shortlisting candidates to closing successful hires.
Pay Range- $75,000 to $95,000
Schedule: M-F, 8 am to 5 pm
Location: Fresno, CA
Travel Requirements: 10%
Work environment available: In Office
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Requirements
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or a related field
At least 4 years of experience in corporate recruiting
Experience in recruiting all levels from hourly non-exempt, to Vice President.
1 years’ experience in warehousing/manufacturing of foods and beverages not required, but preferred.
Hands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience with social media recruiting
