JOB DESCRIPTION
Key outcomes (normally consistent year to year) necessary to achieve Job Purpose.
· Revenues, MGP , EBIT , Working Capital targets across Businesses
· Strategic Objectives –
· Support growth in businesses
· Strategic Business Plans. Structuring new Business Models and trade terms
· Competitive Benchmarking / Mapping and adopting best practices
· Margin negotiations with customers
· Operational Objective – MIS / Analytics, Reporting, Timely Customer Reconciliations, Collections and Inventory
· Finance Objectives – Controls , Reporting , SOX recommendations implementation
Requirement
· Qualified Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant
· 5-7 years work experience in Commercial functions handling Decision Support roles and working with Leadership roles. Experience in apparel or consumer products is a plus.
· Practical Knowledge of US SOX, US GAAP, and India GAAP
· Familiar with SAP ERP system and good excel knowledge
· Analytical and Commercial Acumen
· Can work independently without direct supervision
· Must have a sense of urgency
