What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Strategically manage pricing, inventory, and channel distribution
- Conduct analysis on price positioning, competitive set performance, and rate products
- Adjust hotel rates and inventory restrictions to ensure proper pricing in the market
- Conduct regular revenue meetings and track the effectiveness of strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Understanding of hotel or travel industry distribution landscape and systems
- Strong analytical skills and ability to present actionable proposals
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with business intelligence/reporting tools
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to analyze quantitative data and make informed decisions
- Initiative, adaptability, and basic financial knowledge

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or Statistics
- 2-3 years of progressive experience in revenue management, finance, strategy, or hotel operations
- Experience with hotel industry or travel industry inventory and PMS systems
- HMSI CRME certification is a plus
