      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing sales
      - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue objectives in the assigned region
      - Maintain and update customer activity records in the CRM system
      - Prepare sales presentations and proposals to engage customers and negotiate pricing
      - Collaborate with product development teams to address customer needs and monitor competitor activity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in business or another relevant field preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in railroad track and structures
      - In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 9 years of equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Ability to maintain Railroad Certifications as required
      - Strong knowledge of Loram Enterprise products and services or the ability to quickly gain familiarity

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the railroad industry, specifically related to maintenance of track and structures
      - Proven ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships
      - Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking software
      - Experience with developing sales strategies for new products and services
      - Participation in educational opportunities and industry events
