      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing sales
      - Market and sell existing and new products and services to railroad customers
      - Document customer activity in the CRM system and maintain accurate customer records
      - Prepare sales presentations and proposals to effectively communicate product offerings
      - Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to address inquiries and resolve conflicts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years of business-to-business sales experience, particularly in railroad track and structures
      - In lieu of a degree, 9+ years of relevant experience may be considered
      - Ability to maintain Railroad Certifications upon hire
      - Willingness to travel 70% or more, including international travel

      - Strong understanding of railroad maintenance of way and engineering practices
      - Experience in developing strategic plans for customer service contracts
      - Familiarity with product development processes and industry service opportunities
      - Participation in educational opportunities and industry events
