      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and lead the Experience Research & Insights practice, defining vision and operational models
      - Manage and mentor a small team of researchers, fostering collaboration and curiosity
      - Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs and inform product decisions
      - Present research findings and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
      - Support design teams with evidence-based recommendations and facilitate usability testing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years' experience in UX research, Experience Strategy, or Customer Insights
      - Proven track record in establishing or scaling a research function
      - Deep understanding of research design, including ethnographic and qualitative methods
      - Familiarity with AI-enabled research techniques and emerging user understanding methods
      - Strong communication skills to translate complex insights into clear strategic direction
