      About the Role

      The Manager, Rewards Redemption Marketplace, will assist in enhancing the customer experience within the loyalty rewards redemption marketplace. This role will focus on managing content, supporting the marketplace calendar, and assisting in the execution of digital marketing campaigns to increase member engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, to support pricing strategies and contribute to the overall success of the rewards program. Additionally, this role will assist in ensuring a seamless customer experience across all digital touch points, driving engagement and participation.

      What You'll Do

      • Content Management: Source, curate, and manage high-quality content that aligns with loyalty program objectives and engages members.

      • Pricing Strategy: Support Finance and cross-functional teams in executing and analyzing pricing strategies to encourage point burning and reduce costs.

      • Marketplace Calendar Management: Plan and manage the rewards redemption marketplace calendar, ensuring timely execution of promotions aligned with business goals.

      • Campaign Execution: Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement and increase marketplace participation.

      • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

      • Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience across all digital touchpoints, implementing personalization strategies to enhance member engagement.

      • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, Finance, and other teams to ensure smooth execution of activities and campaigns, addressing any issues related to rewards redemption.

      Who You Are

      • Experience in loyalty marketing, digital marketing, or rewards program management.

      • Experience with content management, campaign execution, and pricing strategies in a digital marketing or loyalty program environment.

      • Strong skills in pricing analysis and optimization for point redemption.

      • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and channels, including email, social media, and website management.

      • Solid data analysis skills to interpret trends, derive actionable insights, and make informed decisions.

      • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, on time, and within budget.

      • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights to leadership.

      • A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering engaging, personalized experiences that contribute to the success of the loyalty program.

      • Excellent organizational skills to manage complex marketing schedules, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely execution of promotions and campaigns.

      • Experience with digital marketing channels and a solid understanding of campaign data analysis for continuous improvement.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience working in loyalty marketing or customer rewards programs, particularly in digital or e-commerce environments.

      • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and customer analytics software.
